Making a Reservation

How do I make a reservation?
  • From the Parking2Cruise home page, select your seaport, enter your parking dates, and click SEARCH NOW! The next page will display a list of parking facilities in that area. You can click the name of each facility to see a summary page that includes the parking rate, hours of operations, shuttle information, a map, and other helpful information.
  • Once you have selected a facility, click “Park Here!” On the next page, please verify that your dates and location are correct. The total for your reservation will be displayed. If you have a coupon code, enter it on this screen and select “Next”.
  • Enter your credit card information on our secure check out page, along with your billing information then click “Complete Reservation.” A confirmation will be displayed and emailed to the email address provided.
  • Please bring a copy of your reservation confirmation email, which must be present upon arrival at the parking facility. Some of our parking partners require a printed receipt, while others accept an electronic copy. To find more information about a specific facility, please visit the facility’s page on our website.
What do I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
  • We would first recommend you check your Spam folder in your email. If you still can’t find your confirmation you can login to your account on our website ( if have not already created an account you will want to do so using the email address you used to book the reservation). If you are still unable to find your reservation or cannot login please contact Customer Service at (844)-255-1043 or info@parking2cruise.com
Am I able to park multiple vehicles?
  • Yes, you will be required to make a new reservation for each car or you can call the customer service number at (844)-255-1043 and a customer service agent will be able to assist you with multi-car bookings.
How far in advanced should I book my reservation?
  • There is no limit to how far in advance you can book a reservation. We recommend booking a reservation as far in advance as possible because our facilities sell out on a regular basis. A date can always be modified or the reservation can be cancelled if needed as per our terms listed on the website.
Do you offer any discounts?
  • Yes, we offer different discount promotions via our email subscription. To sign up for the email newsletter, go to the homepage, scroll down and find the box that says “Newsletter”, enter your email, and hit subscribe.

Billing

When do I pay?
  • We do require payment at the time of reservation.
    • For some facilities, you may only prepay only a portion of the total at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is then paid directly at the parking facility.
    • Other facilities will require the full payment at the time of booking through our secure website. No payment will be due at the facility.
  • This information will be displayed on the checkout page and on your reservation confirmation.
How do I pay?
  • Parking2Cruise accepts all major credit cards.
What taxes and fees will I pay?
  • Taxes, fees, and other surcharges may be added to the daily rate. These fees are imposed by the state, city, and/or port authority.
  • Parking2Cruise.com may also charge a service fee, which enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping, excellent customer support, and other valuable services. Even with this fee our prices still tend to be 50-75% cheaper than parking at the actual seaport.

Changes and Cancellations

How can I edit a reservation?
  • You can edit a reservation by logging in to your Parking2Cruise account on our website, emailing us at info@parking2cruise.com or calling us at (844)-255-1043. You can only edit dates and times up to 24 hours prior to the first date on your reservation.
How do I cancel a reservation?
  • You can cancel a reservation by calling Parking2Cruise at (844)-255-1043. Calling, emailing, or speaking to the facility directly will not be considered a valid cancellation. You MUST contact Parking2Cruise within the terms to be able to cancel your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
  • To cancel a reservation you should call Parking2Cruise at (844)-255-1043. Calling, emailing, or speaking to the facility directly will not be considered a valid cancellation. You must call 48 hours BEFORE the reservation starts to receive a refund less our $5.00 cancellation fee OR have the prepaid amount put into Parking2Cruise credit to be used on a future reservation at a later date.
  • Parking2Cruise.com may also charge a service fee, which enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping, excellent customer support, and other valuable services. Even with this fee our prices still tend to be 50-75% cheaper than parking at the actual seaport.

At the Parking Facility

Do I need to make a reservation to park?
  • YES. Most of the facilities we work with do not allow drive up business. You have to reserve and pay online to take advantage of our special rates.
Where are you located?
  • Parking2Cruise does not own or operate any parking facilities. We are a third party booking agent for seaport parking. On the search results page we provide a map that shows exactly where the facility is located. Upon confirmation, you will be provided with the full address, driving directions, and phone number to the parking facility.

Is the parking facility open 24 hour a day?
  • Hours of operation vary by location. Some lots are open 24 hours a day, while others may have more limited business hours. To find more information about a specific facility, please visit the facility’s page on our website.
How do I get to the port once I’ve parked?
  • Most of our Parking Partners provide free transportation between the parking facility and the seaport. Typically, you should allow at least 20-30 minutes to check in, park, and take the shuttle to the port.

How do I get back to the parking facility when I return?
  • Your confirmation will include specific instructions for the facility you selected. Depending on the seaport you selected, you may need to:
    • Wait in the designated area at the port for the next regularly scheduled shuttle pick up,
    • Call the facility to request pick up, or
    • Arrange for a taxi or use a ridesharing app to return to the facility

What do I bring to the parking facility?

What is Valet and Self Parking?
  • Self Parking indicates you will park your own car and keep your keys with you. Valet means that when you arrive your car will be parked for you and you will need to leave the keys with the facility attendant while you are gone.
What if I drive an oversized vehicle?
  • Vehicles that take up more than one parking space may be subject to additional charges.
  • Vehicles may have to have a certain clearance for garage parking.

What if my vehicle was damaged at the parking facility?
  • When a vehicle is damaged while parking, the best course of action is to contact the parking facility’s management as soon as you notice the damage, preferable before leaving the facility.
  • Because Parking2Cruise.com does not own or operate the parking facilities on our website, we are unable to address damage claims.

Shuttle Service

How often does the shuttle run?
  • Shuttle hours and frequency vary by location. Some shuttles run 24 hours a day at specific intervals, while others may have more limited hours of operation. To find more information about a specific facility, please visit the facility’s page on our website.
If I do not want to use the shuttle service, can I still book?
  • Yes, your reservation will still include the complimentary shuttle service (when offered) but you are not obligated to use it. You will be responsible for accommodating and paying for any outside transportation companies you may use. Also, make sure the facility is open during the times you will be traveling as some of our facilities have limited business hours.
